WHAT DO I GET?

When i design a website, i actually do the full layout design from scratch myself. There are no templates used and any element can be placed anywhere unlike some platforms that use templates. Every site i build is completely custom and unique and you will not see another site that looks the same.

 

FULL PACKAGE SEO INCLUDED IN YOUR WEBSITE 

 

I also structure the site based on SEO, so i research your industry and figure what the top key phrases are and then base the pages of the site around these search terms. I also do all the copywriting for your website based on SEO. You'll need to provide me with a little info but i write it all out in professional and easy to understand  that will make sense to your target market. SEO Copywriting is not often included in a website design so do be sure to ask others if they provide this whe you are getting quotes.  

 

If you sell products, you'll need to supply me with images of them that i can use as well as all the product names, descriptions and prices (if you haven't got professional images yet, i can help with this too! See our Product Photography page. However if you offer a service and have no imagery whatsoever, i can source lifestyle imagery that goes well with your branding. 

 

The websites i build are mobile responsive and do not need to have an alternate mobile version. They will resize perfectly on tablets as well. This is super important as we move forward in technology. 

 

 

HOW DOES IT WORK?

The first thing I get you to do is tell me about your business and the site you want set up. I then get you to have a little look around the internet and show me some images you like the style of. These do not have to reflect what you want for your site, but just give me an indication of your taste. I custom design every website to be unique and suited to your style. 

 

All of the sites I build are point and click interfaces and use the best hosting systems. I use this system so that the "behind the scenes" content management system is super easy for anyone to use to update and change their own website, as and when they need to.

 

DO I GET TRAINING ON HOW TO USE MY SITE?

Absolutely! Included in the price of all web design is full training on how to use and update your new site. Websites are so easy to manage these days that you shouldn't have to keep paying a designer to update the things that you can do yourself. Training is offered one on one (if you're based near me)  via Skype, phone or I can produce a customised training video that you can watch as many times as you like. I also give you unlimited email and phone support which is directly done with myself, not some overseas call centre.

 

WHAT IF I WANT YOU TO UPDATE MY SITE?

If you prefer to not even venture behind the scenes and don't want the training, I offer 6 months free updating services whereby you just email or call me to update what you want done. After the 6 months, we'll just invoice you any time you want us to update something for you. The rates are extremely reasonable and you are only charged per 5 minutes of any job. My rate is just $75 per hour so if you just need a quick thing done and it takes 10 minutes, you'll only pay $12.50.
 

LEAD TIME

Generally I can start your job within 2 weeks. The amount of time it takes to produce each site varies and also depends on how many individual pages need to be created but as a rough estimate;

 

- 10 page website allow approx 3-4 weeks from start to finish

- E commerce website allow approx 1-3 months from start to finish
